What is more important for you: Write with dignity or Write for dignity ?
This title that I have chosen whose answer I am also not sure about.
Seriously, what one need to prefer while writing :
- Write with dignity?
- Or should it be for dignity?
Please don’t be diplomatic while answering this question to yourself. We should have a clear picture of what we are doing.
Dignity is the quality or state of being worthy, honoured, or esteemed.
Without Dignity, Life is just like a random walk which has no boundaries/limits.
Positively, if we talk about what limits one has to set; it’s a broad topic again.
But yeah, there should be a range in our writings as well. You may not consider the upper or lower range however it should stick in between like a pendulum swinging in a fixed range.
Again; Limitations and Limits are of course 2 different things.
We should overcome our limitations by hook and crook but we should remain in our limits. That’s what I call DIGNITY.
So, my conclusion is Writing with dignity is more important than writing for dignity.
Through our lives, we focus on gaining material possessions and respect. But we are unsure what the next moment holds for us.
Life is just like a circle; from where we started, one day we will end up there only. These materialistic things can fascinate you, our beloved can’t hold us for ages.
The truth of life is revealed to everyone of us by many means and inside we all know WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG FOR US?
But this fascination never leaves us or maybe we do not want to leave it.
I believe people who are well enlightened are very well aware of the reality of dignity.
Dignity is not something you had one day and lost it another another day.
It’s a continuous value you add to your life.
At last I just want to wrap up by writing these lines which can imbibe your soul for your good:
Live with dignity everyday,
Live with dignity for forever,
Live with dignity to add more of it to your life basket,
Because when you will reach your end point and look back you should not leave with any guilt which can be surely avoidable.
