Workouts are good for our health, to keep us fit and fine. But exercising too much or running too fast can have serious consequences for our body and brain.

Over-exerting never makes any sense in regard to Health.

A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. We should spare some time just for ourselves. Starting a day with a workout is a very good daily routine which everyone of us should implement in our lives.

But are you aware of the fact that workouts with ignorance can lead to serious health issues.

Vigorous workouts are result oriented however they should be done under a well qualified professional who has ample knowledge of the human body and updated with new technology pertaining to workout.

With age, we have to keep a check on our eating habits, cravings and body tolerance. We should not be harsh with our body to get that zero size structure or six abs, muscles etc.

Your long lean muscles can be bulged with exercise but don’t go for extended workout if your body does not allow it.

To help replace the lost energy from the workouts, people used to take some market-available substitutes without concerning to a professional. Instead a balanced diet rich in essential nutrients when paired with regular exercise will help you more to maintain your fitness.

Consistency should be maintained not harshness.

I am not saying for any kind of leniency with one’s own self but more importantly to do the workout regime wisely.

Add brisk walk and full body stretching exercises in your workout.

Lifting weights should always be done very carefully.

I have seen 2 people die in their thirties due to the heart attack and that’s because of vigorous workouts. Dislocation of body parts, stomach upset, spinal cord issues may also arise by wrong exercises.

It’s good to be trendy but not at the cost of your health.
